I was shopping with a friend at a computer shop in Midlands when he pointed this nifty mini USB Hub to me.
What interested me most was actually the retractable mini USB cable that came with it. In addtion, it included an extra normal usb cable in the package.
The brand was AI and was selling for about RM$45
OK what I was very interested to know was if this retractable cable would work on my XDA II Mini to replace the original messy USB Sync cable that came with it.
It extends to about 1 meter in length

So I stuck it into my laptop and...
..it worked perfectly. Activesync was fine and the orange light indicated that it was charging the mini also.
Note that if anything happens to your mini because if this, I am not responsible!
So in conclusion, if you want a reasonably priced replacement for your XDA mini USB cable and was thinking of getting a USB 2.0 4 port hub...this is it! Enjoy.
