The search for a better gadget carrying system is neverending. Fortunately for us, there are many trendy options available. The Urban Utility Belt caught my attention for its high quality product that works as well as it looks.

The Urban Warrior
Urban Utility Belt (UUB) offers a modular system that consists of a belt that you can attach a variety of belts and pouches.

The carrying system that I'll be reviewing is the Urban Warrior. It consists of the UUB System Belt, a Small Snap Case and a Medium Snap Case.

The locking mechanism is very secure. It took me a while to figure out how to unlatch the case from the belt. Once you're used to it, removing and attaching different cases is a breeze.



There is a cord port behind the cases so you can route your headphones out from the case. This is great if you can't go anywhere without your iPod.



The belt and cases are leather, and are well made. After a long trial review, the UUB Urban Warrior held up to the abuse of daily use.



The only problem I found with the UUB Urban Warrior is with the studs that cover the length of the UUB System Belt. The metal studs dig into my back whenever I wear the UUB Urban Warrior while driving. So whenever I'm in a car, I usually remove the UUB Urban Warrior.

Conclusion
The small pouch easily fits all mobile phones or an iPod nano, while the medium pouch fits the majority of PDAs. But make sure you check the UUB website for the exact dimensions of the pouches to make sure your PDA will fit into them.

The UUB Urban Warrior is a vastly superior alternative to a waist pouch bag. It is much more secure against pick-pockets and looks much cooler.
